Tadalafil has done exactly what it says on the tin! Taken 5mg every day at 6am and within a few hours I could feel the effect and got hard just thinking of it. Sex suddenly became easier and it got me over my mental block in getting an erection. I now get an erection much quicker, sometimes less than a minute to being rock hard. It also seems harder than before taking the tablets and my flaccid state is bigger, I will need bigger pants !! It has changed our sex lives for the better. I have had no side effects
