I find building the dosage up gradually works best to minimise any side-effects from taking a large dosage at once. Recommend.

This works for me, 10mg wasn't quite enough. I have taken them about 3 O'clock in the afternoon and they still worked the next day. Very happy.

Great! Works a treat, although I found 20mg was the perfect dose. Tried Viagra in the past & not impressed, but Tadalafil is brilliant, the effect lasts for a day and a half to two days. Also, I have not suffered any side effects, so very pleased.
