Discreet packaging and billing

What you will receive

To protect your privacy all deliveries are in sealed discreet packaging with only a return address printed on the label (see images below).

There is nothing to indicate contents or that it was sent from a pharmacy (except for Jersey, see below). Packaging will be in boxes.

There is an option in your account to choose to receive less order progress emails if you wish.

What appears on your statement

Payments made online are marked as from 'INDEXMED' on your bank statements (Apple Pay and Google Pay payments may show different information):

Jersey

Deliveries to Jersey require a customs declaration affixed to outside of parcel - the item will be listed as 'Medicaments'.
