Tadalafil 20mg works, but doesn't have the same kick as the original Cialis. Probably best to pay more to get better quality. Will try again to confirm

I have found that 5mg isn't strong enough for me. 10mg produces rock solid erections that are as hard as steel. Orgasms are also far more intense after taking the pills.
