Very effective. But gives me quite a headache

Thank you for your review. Headache is not an unusual side effect when taking sildenafil. You can use a simple pain killer, such as paracetamol, ibuprofen, or aspirin at the same time as sildenafil. Apart from simple pain killers, staying hydrated, and using the minimum effective dose, there is not much else you can do to mitigate against a headache side effect if you experience this (as many people do), except perhaps try Cialis, Spedra or Levitra which might produce less of a headache, although some have a longer duration of action. Absolutely brilliant. I love this stuff. It has given me confidence again where I was beginning to doubt myself and that was adding to my non-performance. I take the smallest amount 25mg, sometimes only half that, as I do get a headache if I take too much.
