Have tried Viagra before with limited success but this new Tadalafil is amazing stuff. Works very quickly and for up to 24 hrs at least. I have been waking up ready to go for the first time in 2 years and feel much more “alive” down there all the time

this stuff is terrible it causes unbearable pains in the legs and back I only took one tablet!

The patient leaflet for tadalafil states that the following is a common side effect (seen in 1 to 10 in every 100 patients): headache, back pain, muscle aches, pain in arms and legs, facial flushing, nasal congestion, and indigestion. Please discuss treatment with your GP or our doctors if required.
