Much better than sildenafil where the effect only lasted a couple of hours and so was a rather hit and miss affair. The tadalafil is excellent. Still getting strong erections after 48 hours. No side effects. I'm 64 but was performing like I was 24 again. The delivery service is brilliant. They arrived the next morning.
