Good, but Sildenafil suits me better. The way Tadalafil works does feel more natural and subtle, and the "flushing" side effect is much more muted. I wouldn't say that its effects last for 36 hours, though. 24 is pushing it. Swings and Roundabouts. Horses for courses. You need to try a few ED remedies and find what works for you.
