Lasts longer.. not sure if 36 hrs.. certainly 24hrs + from my experience.. I experienced a mild headache the next day.. nothing a paracetamol couldn't handle...

Less intense than sildenafil. I don't think it worked the first time I took it. The following few times were successful and lasted a good few days. Was hard to tell if it was wearing off or not until it did. I am hoping If I keep taking this it will cure me over time.
