My partner said she has noticed a vast improvement in the quality of our relationship not a bad comment for a 60 something chap. On a personal note I'm not sure if Tadalafil as anything to do the following but it might be worth a mention just case others notice anything similar. Headache's occasionally occur, usually a couple of hours later, but this does not cause a problem.

It kicks off with blocked nose, (not all the time) that dissappears in a couple of hours. For me works like sildenafil but much longer. Even over 48 hours I can enjoy its benefits.
