Tadalafil 5mg is a low dose usually taken daily to provide continuous erectile dysfunction treatement and may take a few days to build up in the body to be optimally effective. It is a suitable option for men anticipating sexual activity more than twice a week. Tadalafil 10mg and 20mg dosage is taken on an 'as required' basis - effective for up to 36 hours. All medicine supplied is UK licensed and approved. Our doctors are available if medical advice is required.
