I have always been sceptical about buying medication online and I fear my doubts have been confirmed. After taking one tablet (10mg Tadalafil) I began to feel quite ill, dizziness, headaches and lower back pain that went on for nearly 2 whole days. I ended up taking some pain relief and going to bed. The tablets did absolutely nothing for me and I have now flushed the remaining 3 tablets down the toilet. I will never buy medication online again (this was my first time) and instead will visit my GP. Personally I cannot recommend this medication even though it seems to work for other people. Maybe I had a bad batch?

At 55 I needed a little support sometimes. The product works every time. Really impressed as is my partner.

There's no doubt Tadalafil works better and for longer than alternatives. You need to find the correct dose for you for it to be effective it's that simple. I don't take it daily, just 20mg at a time which gives me 36 odd hours of effect. Some guys need less, some more but 20mg seems to be the right dosage for most if not taken daily. Side effects i get is a little heartburn and sometimes a stuffy nose for an hour or so. Other than that my equipment is rock hard when required and stays bigger when not required too. Dr Fox is quick and easy and always deliver, i'm very happy.

Taladafil (Cialis) always used to work for me, a 10mg Dose meant I was on 'standby' for at least 24 hours. It seems I now need 20mg and the results are hit and miss. But this may well be due to my changing physiology rather than the medication.
