Bought for pudendal neuralgia. Started 5 mg but later lowered to 2.5. First time in 3 years i am feeling no pain (I do my stretches and exercises too). The price and service from Dr Fox is the tom class.

These are great Halfed the 20mg and worked a treat and the same as someone else said, if the wife ain't up for it you've always got the next night without taking another. Happy days or should I say happy 2 or 3 days...

Works okay to maintain erection but I struggled to reach orgasm. I prefer sildenafil, it seems to actually bring my mojo to life and doesn't cause me to walk around with a permanent erection but works when required (in small doses). Tadalafil just does the job, it doesn't bring the mojo back.

All medicine supplied is UK licensed and approved and there are several generic tadalafil 20mg brands available (currently Teva, Mylan, Sovereign), if patients have a specific preference. Unwanted medicine can always be returned for a full refund.
