Tadalafil 5mg is a low dose usually taken daily to provide continuous erectile dysfunction treatement and may take a few days to build up in the body to be optimally effective. It is a suitable option for men anticipating sexual activity more than twice a week. Tadalafil 10mg and 20mg dosage is taken on an 'as required' basis - effective for up to 36 hours. Not as effective for me as sildenafil but you never know until you try had to increase dose to 20 mg for it to be effective
