This product has never failed me. The first few times I used it I had a dry mouth but nothing worse. Now it has no bad side effects. Works amazingly well - takes about 30 mins to take effect and lasts even longer than 36 hours. Only needs about 15 minutes to take effect again and again.

doesn't work as well, as advertised. Need to take 2 pills of this, but causes a splitting head-ache and body aches due to the side effects.

Thank you for your review. Please note 20mg is the maximum dose of tadalafil and should not be exceeded. Simple painkillers may also be taken with erectile dysfunction tablets to help those who suffer from headache as a side effect, which is quite common. Alternately sildenafil, Spedra, or Levitra may be worth trying.
