This product is fantastic. I cant believe how it works. I use one 20mg tablets half an hour before. I had first and second time blocked nose and light headaik but it doesnt matter. Last time I used only half a tablet with no side efect but it still work. It work more than 36 hours( about 48-60). I used 2 tablets per week.
