This product is fantastic. I cant believe how it works. I use one 20mg tablets half an hour before. I had first and second time blocked nose and light headaik but it doesnt matter. Last time I used only half a tablet with no side efect but it still work. It work more than 36 hours( about 48-60). I used 2 tablets per week. I got very strong erection all of the time, anytime and for long time. My wife was very satisfied she said that my penis was never so hard and big and tick. I can make a love any time... 2-3-4-5-6.....times . I need just 2-5 minutes brake. It is change my sexual life. After three monts , using it two times 20mg a week I reduce it for one tablets(10mg) per week and still working it same way with no side efect. Dr. Fox is great helpfull life changing
