Excellent results, effects were long-lasting but erection only appeared when aroused, rather than being constant, which I had worried about! The only downside was a slight headache - it wasn't bad enough to stop me taking tadalafil 10mg again but I'm going to give the 5mg a try to see if it's still effective but without the headache.
