This product does not meet expectations.

Thank you for your review and very sorry to hear the product did not meet expectations. 5mg tadalafil is a daily-dosage strength and must be taken for several days to build-up to an effective continuous dose before attempting intercourse. Then continue to take every day. The dosage instruction label affixed to the packet states: '1 tablet daily at same time of day. This can take 2-3 days for effect from starting.'
