Tried Sildenafil elsewhere but wanted a longer lasting 'less planned' and 'I can eat prior to taking!' medication. Well aware that initial doses may not be completely effective. However I can say that compared to Sildenafil, this just did seem to work. Disappointed as there are many good reviews but it just didn't work for me at all. Just one look at my gorgeous other half after Sildenafil and I'm ready to go, tried Tadalafil and even with plenty of teasing and trying, not much happened.

Thank you for your review. Tadalafil 5mg is intended for long-term continuous daily usage, and is most effective after a few days daily use so as to build up in the body. 10mg is recommended for occasional use, increased to 20mg if necessary.
