This was to help urinary symptoms as was not emptying bladder and was getting up several times in the night.having spoke to my doctor who said this sometimes helps but he could not prescribe them becauce of cost. Brought them from DR Fox who I have used before cost was better and they work for me. Within 1 week noticed a difference
