Tadalafil is generic Cialis, the same drug, does the exact same, but cheaper as you're not paying for the brand name. 20mg is the strongest dose you can take, and I find it's very effective, especially as Tadalafil has a very long average half-life of 18 hours. I've tried 100 mg Sildnenafil (generic Viagra), and while that is effective, the side effects are worse regarding headaches and vision, and it doesn't last as long (about a 4 hour half-life) by comparison to Tadalafil.

Having had Tadalafil from a different manufacturer before, same strength, which worked fantastically, I was disappointed by these by "Milpharm" and reading the reviews others have had similar issues. These Milpharm tablets have zero affect, and I have tested a couple just to be sure. Still had a spare from another company laying around and that worked as intended. Not very happy with these Milpharm versions.
