I tried the recommended lower 10mg dosage first, which didn't quite have the desired effect, but increasing to the higher recommended dose of 20mg (2x10mg) was much more effective. Will look to order the 20mg version, next time.

I've placed two orders of 24 tablets previously and I'm about to place a third order. I've been suffering from frequent inability to maintain an erection however these make a huge difference. I take one every three days and never have a problem getting and maintaining an erection. They have a 'life' of 36 hours so it doesn't really matter when you take them. The first few days I took them I suffered a constant headache but this has never returned and I can now take them without suffering any side effect.

I’ve found that taking these daily tablets is far more effective than taking occasional 20 mg doses. Price is best on internet and service first class. Couldn’t be more pleased!
