Clinical studies have shown tadalafil to have a higher incidence of headache and indigestion than most other oral tablets for erectile dysfunction - see tablet comparisons to compare side effects. Advice for headaches: can be treated with a simple painkiller such as paracetamol, ibuprofen, or aspirin; ensure you are also properly hydrated and don't drink too much alcohol. If you require medical advice please contact our doctors or your GP.

Great pills, take a little longer to come on than I expected but does definitely last a good few days. Can give you a bit of a headache but a couple of paracetamol sort it out. I will try the stronger ones next time
