Find that these tablets work better for me after about four hours, however I don’t get bone hard , but an acceptable degree of erection, but I’m in my seventies so I suppose I’m still lucky to have a sex life with my wife.

The first two occasions I had really painful calf muscles but since then it's been absolutely fine. Always works but I'd take it at least 2 hours before sex. Surprisingly the 10mg last the full 36 hours and I promise you it's amazing. I can perform for hours at a time with both my mistresses, one in the afternoon and the other in the evening and they both say it's the best they've had ;-)
