I have found these tablets work better for me, you need to try a low dose then build it up , to were you are happy with the results. I have found that if i take the tablets on a friday the effects can last through the weekend (if the desire takes you)..plus you cant argue about the price.

Works as it should

I tried tadalafil 20mg as a change from sildenafil (which works well for me), mainly to increase the period of effectiveness. I have to report a complete failure. There was no beneficial effect whatsoever and, I suppose on the plus side, no side effect either. If it weren't for the fact that I'm very happy with the service and quality of product I've had from Dr Fox I'd suspect I've been sold a dud. Back to sildenafil from now on!

I've been using Tadalafil for several years. Right from the start, it completely revolutionised my sex life. I take 5mg daily and mostly forget about it, although if I know I have a particularly energetic weekend planned starting on the Friday evening, I'll take a 20mg (36-hour) booster on the Thursday night before bed. Despite being in my 50s, I have the virility and performance of my 25-year-old self and it just isn't an issue anymore. Viagra had absolutely no effect but, to be fair, I think it does the complete opposite to Tadalafil to achieve the same result, so whatever my issue is/was, Viagra couldnt have resolved it. That will be different per person, so if one isn't doing it for you, try the other one. (Name withheld to spare my childrens' blushes if they happen to Google me :D )

Good effective product.. I use on a as needed basis.. and works well.. will take the stronger one next time I think though but good to try out.. and see what you can handle.

Used split tabs (10mg tadalafil). As effective as sildenafil for me and longer acting (48hrs +). Great product at a great price - excellent service Thank you Dr Fox!

having tried 20mg tadalafil with no prolems i wanted to try the one a day version. The tablets are still effective but i found that after taking for 5 days i had problems with indegestion and more worrying i had bad aches in my legs and lower back. when i stopped taking the tablets the symptoms went away after approx 3 days. I havnt yet tried them again.
