Had to double up

This was the first time I have used Tadalafil after previously being underwhelmed by Sildenafil. I am very satisfied with the product. I was still getting very strong erections over 36 hours after taking the pill, with no side effects at all. I don't think I will be using Sildenafil again. Tadalafil is far more effective for me.

When I ordered this for the first time it worked like a charm. But the second time I was sent Cipla product. Doesn't work at all. Not sure if this is genuine. Very bad experience this time. All previous orders were to my expectation.

I love this product as it lasts for 36 hours, far longer than the popular little blue pills. I give it four, rather than five, stars because sometimes it fails to provide the erection I want when I need it. Most of the time it's fine but when I'm under pressure to perform it has let me down. Still, it's what I use as I love the longevity and the fact that it, for me, has zero side effects unlike some of the other products such as Viagra which can give me headaches.

Excellent and seems to last a long time

Certainly effective, and the longer duration it provides certainly makes it better than other options out there but for my first experiment I got these 20mg only to find that the headache, congestion and facial flushing was interestingly far more overt in my case than with other products, really denting the experience. I have since moved to the 5mg option and have found those to suit me perfectly (a review is on the relevant page), ticking all the boxes.

Excellent. Each person is different but for me these 5mg have proven to be the way to go forward, as it operates in the background and yet does the work very well when the specific situation arises. In this way, it doesn't feel like it has taken you over once it kicks in, unlike some other ED treatments or strengths. 5mg is something that can be taken and then forget about, reducing any secondary underlying anxiety about wearing off times and arousal at inappropriate times etc, and it isn't in your face (so to speak) like other strengths or other ED options which for me come with either the undesirable blight of headaches and congestion (20mg Tadalafil interestingly gave me really bad headache and congestion even comparing with Sidenafil variants), or that strange feeling that your admittedly rock breaker erection is a very effective but blunt instrument now separated from your natural rhythm somehow. I find that the 5mg operates in a far more natural way, ebbing and flowing erection wise with natural arousal stimuli and giving hard unwavering erections when sexually active, the erection easing off naturally after ejaculation, but naturally re-occuring when you are ready to go again. With 5mg I don't get any of the face flush, headache or congestion which so often accompanies other variants or strengths, so again a more natural feel overall. Recommended, if any ED seems to be more sporadic and unpredictable.
