It kicks off with blocked nose, (not all the time) that dissappears in a couple of hours. For me works like sildenafil but much longer. Even over 48 hours I can enjoy its benefits.

Great product. For someone who suffers with performance anxiety this has helped me regain my confidence and put me back on track to normality. One daily small dose means no planning needed like sildenafil, tajes the pressure off yourself, normality and spontaneous sex is restored :)
