I usually take Sildenafil, which work fine, but noticed Tadalafil & thought I'd give them a try. I wish I hadn't bothered!!! Relatively no effect at all! Back to the Sildenafil!

Works for me much better than sildenafil and allows for a greater window of time, including next day. A split dose (20mg cut in half and 10mg taken) cuts back on the side effects.
