I'm sure others will rate much higher. Sadly for me it had such little effect that I was never able to achieve any erection at all, despite following the instructions precisely. This may be partly because I am elderly, though fit, but as it may be that Sildenafil simply doesn't suit me I shall order Cialis to try again, and report back.
