Allow at least half to three quarters of an hour for whole/part pill to get to work. To speed things up you can chew and wash down with plenty of water giving waiting time of approx 15/20 mins. Doesn't taste very nice but gets the blood pumping very quickly.

Had very little or NO EFFECT. Normally 50gms works fine so I get 100gms pills and use a splitter as better value. Found I needed to take 150gms for any effect at all ! (which is supposedly an unsafe dose). Normally 50gms Sildenafil will give me a headache after a few hours, but I found that these did not in any way. I doubt here is any of the drug in these at all and they are more a 'blue' placebo. Not happy at all so WONT be ordering here again and will go back to my prev considerably more expensive alternative outlet. (and past my return date so cannot get a refund) :-(

Sorry your tablets did not work. The tablets are genuine and come from a registered UK pharmacy and usually work well, as can be seen from other reviews. You should see your regular doctor. You may need tests and alternative treatment. You should not exceed a dose of 100mg. There is no expiry period for returns. Regards - Dr Fox Team.
