Very effective, I would try lower dose if you’re not used to the product as can suffer headaches. Do not take more than one! It really does work! I also find taking with a cup of tea or hot drink helps it really work faster and more effective.

Not sure how effective this is for me. It gave me a red flush and a feeling of being hot. Didn't really notice much difference in terms of performance though.
