I have been using Tadalafil 10mg for many years, it works very well for me with no side effects, it gives you a 36 hour window which gives more time for spontaneity and what I love about Dr Fox is the price, in fact it went down in price a few years ago and has not gone back up, Great all round.

Tadalafil Causes me to have muscle ache and pain in upper arms, shoulders and neck. Won't be using again, just my bad luck I guess.
