It really helps to keep erection and the over all effect lasts more than a day. However, I had side effect of headache and indigestion lasting couple of days.

Have historically had success with Tadalafil. This batch, manufactured by Teva, sadly do not seem to work for me. I am surprise by this as Teva is my preferred manufacturer for a regular prescription I have from my GP
