This order is not the same as my previous Tadalafil 20mg orders. The box and pill packaging are different, and I do not feel the same effect when taking half a pill (10mg). This version seems noticeably weaker than the previous brand I received. Could you please make the orders more consistent and send the same brand/packaging as in previous purchases? Since there is no option to choose a specific brand when ordering, consistency is important because the effectiveness clearly varies. I would also appreciate clarification on why a different brand was sent this time.

Arrived quickly, easy ordering. I ordered as an alternative to the Blue one. Doesn’t seem to work very well. ! Certainly not as effective as the blue one for me.
