I have been struggling to keep myself fully erect and can lose this during the act of sex which is both frustrating and upsetting. Since I started taking the Sildenafil (this brand was from Milpharm) I found I was able to maintain good erections after around an hour of taking them. I didn't suffer any headaches or the "hangover" feeling I have had from another product i tried in the past but I did take a couple of paracetamol with the tablet as an extra bit of security.
