I buy the 100mg tablet, however, it is very easy to cut into 4, and just use one small 1/4 piece. Take before any food, and in less than 30 minutes the effects are perfect, and has improved my sex life and confidence tremendously. Highly recommended, with no side effects at all. Thank you very much.
