First time I took it (a 100mg tablet broke in half like suggested) around 6pm on an empty stomach. After 30 minutes it had kicked it. My erection was much firmer, and far longer lasting than usual. It was like being a teenager again. The main benefit we found was we were able to switch positions time and time again without having to worry that if we took too long I would lose the erection and we'd have to spend 15 minutes getting it back, this allowed the added benefit of being able to stop completely and maintain the erection when approaching climax, letting it pass and carry on. It really was like being a rampant teenager again, with a strong reliable erection on demand.
