If erections are not satisfactory with sildenafil 25mg strength, and side effects are tolerable, the advice is to increase to 50mg. Our doctors are available to advise if required.

I initially tried the 50mg but it wasn't very effective so I switched to 100mg and I have not looked back since - does exactly as it says on the pack.
