Absolutely outstanding effect :) 50mg works perfectly for me so I split the 100mg tablets in half. 30 to 40 minutes later and the start of foreplay has my penis standing proud and I can last for ages. I'm 59years old and I genuinely think that after almost a year of using the tablets my erections are bigger than they were in my twenties !
