Sometimes worked then other times even after taking double didn't seem to have a good effect. I always took on an empty stomach otherwise the effects for me were nil.

Given 5 stars as service is fantastic unfortunately 50 mg of sildenafil didn't,t quite do it for me so ordered some 100mg tablets after discussing with my gp the problem and they work better but not always but happy enough with the results.
