Thank you for your review and very sorry to hear the 50mg sildenafil tablets were not effective for you. Usually they work very well as shown by the majority of reviews. If 50mg is ineffective after several separate attempts - and side effects are not significant - doctor's usually advise increase dosage to 100mg. If 100mg sildenafil remains ineffective consultng with your regular doctor is advised as tests may be needed. Alternate erectile dysfunction medications may be more effective.

Thank you for your review. Patients can request scored tablets when ordering and these will be supplied if available. Alternately a low cost pill-cutter can be bought from many online pharmacies and stores. Currently there is national supply shortages of certain generic brands of sildenafil.
