Thank you for your review. Please note 100mg is the manufacturer's maximum recommended dose. Higher doses increase incidence rate and severity of side effects. From the manufacturer's study data (sildenafil overdose): Doses of 200 mg did not result in increased efficacy but the incidence of adverse reactions (headache, flushing, dizziness, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, altered vision) was increased.
