Excellent......i was worried it would give me a raging erection but it was just very hard and lasted as described when stimulated...no 4 hour erection just during arousal and sex and then took a few minutes to soften again...when stimulating the next night i also performed without taking another tablet. My head felt a little pressure but no headache. No ultimate erection but hard and capable, maybe over time and not having the massive expectations and stress involved with worry about it not working it will perform better.
