Couldn't recommend enough - Life saver, Literally. 12 year smoker on 30 a day. Coming from someone who's tried everything i can honestly say this is your best bet at quitting smoking, and id also say the easiest. Varenciline also does the job; however, this is over and done with in less than a month. I am smoke-free and feeling great, and i honestly didn't even have to think about it. I smoked as usual for the first 3 days but the last 2 days of smoking whilst taking this medication made me feel physically sick when i tried to have a cigarette. by day 5 i was ready to throw them in the bin and continue with the medication with no regrets. Downsides: One thing i would say is prepare for week 1 as this is such a short course, you do get quite an intense increase in anger and agitation. I'm genuinely a calm and kind person but i can definitely say I wasn't nice to be around in week 1 of taking cytisine. However, by week 2 id gotten used to the medication and felt fine. All in all 1 week of struggle in a appose to weeks and weeks of stress going cold-turkey is a no brainer for me. No urges or thoughts of a relapse i would highly recommend. Pro Tip : Use alarms (LOL)

This has seriously helped me stop smoking no side effects no major withdrawal symptoms. I would highly recommend as an aid! You still need commitment and will power.
