I found this had absolutely no effect on the evening I took it but for 2-3 days after there was certainly improvement in the rigidity of erection. So certainly would help over a weekend which is why it's called the weekend pill I guess.

Works really well for me. Took one 10mg app. 1 hour before sex - had a hard continous erection the whole time. Effect seemed to last around 20 hours.. No other noticeable sideeffects (apart from a happy wife ;-))
