I ordered this product due to Ranitidine currently being removed from Over-The-Counter sales and to be honest, I have found this product works better for me than the Ranitidine I have been taking 3 times a day for the past couple of years. I followed the pharmacists intake recommendation and I haven't had any side effects or symptoms since.
