Prefer this to Sildenafil which tends to give me a slight headache. No side effects for me and is effective over a couple of days.

My first try of this wonderful drug. This dose worked but ED needed stronger boost so upped to 5mg dose 2 times 2.5mg and dose effect good so placed new order for the Tadalafil 5mg tabs great results at 74. I feel 16yrs old again, all working wonderfully.

The drug is used for ED. Tadalafil in two strengths I tried 2.5mg, effective but needed bit more power so ordered 5mg tablets every day & wow great effect so keep using them. I told my dr he said fine & safe. Im 74 years old & only past year had ED problems but solved now.

I have been taking 5mg a day. I had my first sexual activity after about 4 days and these have been a life changer. I am autistic have always had anxiety issues around sexual activity. I had taken viagra before these but I was finding having to time the drug to the sexual activity was stressful and I wanted to also have spontaneous sex. I am not sure what these were like for up to 4 days as they were untested but after 4 days I am having a lot of spontaneous sex and I feel can be the man I've always wanted to be during sex. My girlfriend noticed the difference straight away and is now a big advocate of these new tablets over the viagra. I now enjoy day dreaming about future sex rather than getting anxious about it. The one downside is that I do sometimes wake up with a headache. It does pass after a hour and I've read it may pass altogether as I get used to the medication (it's only been 8 days so far). I would keep some paracetamol handy until this stage passes. All in all though I can't complain as the benefits far outweigh the negatives.
