Works well. Only side effects I got are heartburn periodically for short duration which I found could be cured instantly by taking a couple sips of milk. Also being 59yrs old and taking 5mg daily tended to build up in my system and give me heart palpitations sometimes as I'm no spring chicken and been to hell and back a few times in my life. So I am cutting dose to 2.5mg daily to keep things safe and sensible from personal experience so far after a months trial.

Post treatment for Prostate Cancer. ED side effects of Brachyradiotherapy have been improved with Tadalafil 5mg. Sadly, indigestion and heartburn have been a prominent side effect but, with antacids and peppermint tea, bearable.

These were a larger tablet than I had been provided previously and they did not work. My previous order of these exact same tablets worked fine.
