These were ok but constant change in types of sildenafil makes it hard to judge what one works best, I know they are essentially the same drug but some definitely feel weaker, for example the 25mg I had bought last time worked a lot better than these 50mg which doesn't make sense. I will stick with the 25mg from now on.

Bioavailability was awful. Tablets taken on an empty stomach and without alcohol, produced a drawn-out, low level action - no pun intended- was still mildly active 12 hours later, which 100mg Sildenafil should not be. On one occasion it started being effective 12 hours after the evening I took it. Useless as by then 'the moment' had well and truly passed. I wish there was a way of returning them and I regret ordering 32.

Thank you for your review and was sorry to read the last batch of sildenafil 100mg tablets were not effective for you in the desired timeframe. A partial refund has been issued on this occasion as the order was from 7 months ago. A note can be added to patient accounts to supply a preferred generic brand/manufacturer, or to not to supply a certain brand. In our experience patients prefer many different sildenafil manufacturer brands, and often where one patient might list a manufacturer as their preference, another will list the same manufacturer as one they wish to avoid. All medicine supplied is UK licensed which ensures it is batch-checked (including for bioavailability) by qualified persons in the UK or EU.

Works well after roughly 30 - 45 minutes. The effects last 12 hours and more sometimes. Very short downtime between erections which was welcomed. Would definitely buy same product again rather than viagra brand.
