Within days of the patent expiry several companies released generic tadalafil products at much lower cost than branded Cialis.

Several drug companies have now released generic tadalafil products.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Generic tadalafil<\/h2>\n

Generic medicines<\/a>\u00a0are medically identical to branded originals, and usually much cheaper.\u00a0The active ingredient and medical effects of original branded Cialis and new generic tadalafil are the same because both contain the same active ingredient, tadalafil<\/em>. Strict UK and EU regulation and quality control apply to the manufacture and supply of both. Generic tadalafil is available in the same strengths as branded Cialis: 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg strengths.<\/p>\n

2.5mg and 5mg may be used on a daily basis to provide continuous erectile dysfunction treatment. 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg are used as required and the effects can last up to 36 hours.
